Another night of interrupted sleep, but not too bad, still got the odd tickly throat. Wish it would do one... Getting the odd pain in my leg around the harvest site.
Will be glad when I can stop wearing the anti-embolism stockings...
Managed to crack the half mile 'barrier' today. Hoping to do it again later...
Ended up only doing the one walk today but was pleased to have done the distance I did...
